The above list should be used as a guide and the Council welcomes all enquiries. Sue Burgess, town centre manager, said, “This is a unique opportunity for speciality businesses to become part of a high quality, tailor-made
development at the heart of Stockton Town Centre specifically for those kinds of products, which we know are becoming increasingly popular with today’s discerning shoppers. We anticipate that the Shambles will be a ‘foodie’s paradise’ where shoppers can come and find something special. The new food hall will provide yet another excellent reason to visit Stockton.”

The new development is expected to open in the Autumn of this year.
