Peter Bayless, winner of series Two, has worked in one of the country's top Michelin restaurants and is considering opening a restaurant of his own. Series Two runners up 'Digger Dean' and Daksha have both started their own thriving catering businesses, and Christopher Souto is now working as a chef at Michael Dean’s top Michelin starred restaurant in Ireland.
